Christopher Noel Dorsey (born September 3, 1980) is an American rapper who achieved mainstream success with his 1999 album Chopper City in the Ghetto and the single "Bling Bling," which helped popularize the slang term. He founded Chopper City Records after leaving his original label and has released multiple solo and collaborative projects. Dorsey was incarcerated from 2012 to 2023 and resumed recording following his release.
