PROST, FRISCO — OKTOBERFEST IS TAKING OVER ROLLERTOWN.
We’re bringing a full day of college football, cold beer, ridiculous Oktoberfest games, live music and plenty of Rollertown’s Oktoberfest beer to the Backyard.
College football starts early with Texas kicking off at 11 AM, plus games from Texas A&M, OU and Texas Tech throughout the day. Game times are still TBD, but we’ll have the action rolling all day.
And of course, it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without the beer. We’ll be pouring Rollertown’s Oktoberfest, our seasonal Märzen-style lager made for raising steins, yelling PROST and spending the day with a few thousand of your closest friends.
Then it’s time to put your Oktoberfest skills to the test.
STEINHOLDING CONTEST
Grab a full stein, hold it straight out at shoulder height and hang on. Last arm standing wins.
OKTOBERFEST BEER PONG
Oversized cups. Oversized competition. Same questionable athletic ability.
STEIN RELAY RACE
Grab your team, load up the tray and race for the finish line. Speed matters—but so does keeping the beer in the steins.
SAUSAGE TOSS
It’s basically cornhole... except you’re throwing bratwursts. Because Oktoberfest.
BEST DRESSED OKTOBERFEST CONTEST
Break out the lederhosen, dirndls, alpine hats, suspenders and absolutely unnecessary mustaches. The crowd decides who takes home the title.
And when the sun goes down, The Dogenstiens take over the Backyard for a live Oktoberfest party packed with music, beer and plenty of reasons to raise a stein.
