Firehouse Gastro Park

Answering Grand Prairie's call, Jason and Carlee Smith conceptualized and developed the multi-concept, hybrid service venue that the city has grown to love. The FireHouse Gastro Park (FHGP) boast four LA and DFW separate service brands: Mama's Medicine, Z-Birds, the Coffee Shoppe, and live music on the Infinity Sound Stage. The goal of the FHGP is to help animate and diversify downtown Main Street, bring new and returning visitors to Grand Prairie, offer a versatile and welcoming home away from home for locals, and genuinely grow with the community. The family at FHGP also staffs and operates Mama's Medicine; providing exclusive, top-tier bar catering at the Hillside Estate and The Mason Dallas. The Coffee Shoppe is operated by the amazing team at Moravian Coffee Roasters.
